    Orders from KSHIGLO are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Delivery times can vary due to product availability, hallmarking/quality checks, courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Yes, we ship internationally to selected countries. Estimated timelines and charges are shown at checkout. Customs duties, VAT/GST, and import taxes (if applicable) are payable by the customer as per destination country rules.

    Yes. All shipments are sent via trusted couriers with transit insurance until delivery is confirmed at your address.

  • Returns & Refunds

    What is your return policy?

    We accept returns for unused, unworn jewellery with all original tags, certificates, and packaging intact, requested within 7 days of delivery.
    For hygiene and customisation reasons, custom-made, engraved, resized, or tampered items are not eligible for return.

    After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

    Eligible products can be exchanged for size or design subject to stock availability and inspection. Price differences (if any) will be adjusted at the time of exchange.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement provided they have not been shipped or moved into production (for custom orders). Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible; please refer to our return policy.
